Film Review – The Rules

For long, I was thinking about writing down reviews about movies but often decided against it as  I often end up watching a film little later from the release date or sometimes watch it the very release date… But for long, I wanted to put down my opinions over and over about a movie just for the one reason! I am madly in love with films and I watch any crap that is thrown in front of me with no bar for language or genre but in the end, I judge it to the best of my knowledge.

To be short, precise and clear about my reviews, I had decided to write a review of every film I  watch and be as precise as possible. My common plan for writing a review just depends of 4 factors…

1. A summary of the story with mention of the director, actors and the music
2. Stand out/Good Scenes
3. Unbearable/Pathetic Scenes
4. Final verdict with a rating on a scale of 5

Ratings:
1. Music including the background score
2. Story
3. Screenplay and Casting
4. Technical Values, Climax and Impact
5. Final Presentation

But for the fact, there is one thing I would always love to do…
English Films
Logic Switch: On
Emotional Switch: Off

Indian Films
Logic Switch: Off
Emotional Switch: On

And trust me… this remains the real fact that needs to be taken care behind writing down any review for any film!

Review starts from my next post…
